Policy

sold with an unconditional 30 day money back
guarantee. No questions asked. If you are not
satisfied with any item you receive, simply return the
item in its original condition and we will gladly
refund the original purchase price and any applicable
sales tax.
We will issue a credit to the credit card used to
make the purchase within 5 business days of the
receipt of your return. We suggest that you send your
return by UPS or any shipper that can track your
return package. If you use regular postal mail, we
suggest that you insure your return package.

Return Form, fill in the requested
information, and mail the completed form with any
item(s) to be returned. Please email FirstGifts.com
if you have a special return question or circumstance
that you feel is not covered by our return policy.
